Before Albuquerque's first hard freeze we blow out every zone with commercial air and drain the backflow so it can't crack. No charge for the visit.
When the season turns we bring your system back online, pressure-test every zone and set your controller for spring watering. No charge for the visit.
Members are booked before we open the calendar to everyone else — which matters most in October, when the freeze is coming and the schedule fills.

A single winterization is $129.99 on its own. The plan covers it, plus your spring start-up, plus 10% off everything else we do, for $240 a year.
We keep working and bill the additional labor at our regular rate, with your 10% member discount applied. Most systems finish inside the included hour, and if we see it's going to run long we tell you before we keep going.
We call you as soon as you join. Winterization goes on the calendar before the first hard freeze — usually late October in Albuquerque — and your spring start-up is scheduled for the spring. Both are booked in advance so you never have to think about it.
Yes. The member discount applies to everything we do: repairs, parts, upgrades, new sprinkler and drip installations, and landscaping work.

The plan runs on a 12-month term. After that, call the office at (505) 991-4957 and we'll take care of it — we don't hide the cancel button behind a form.
